Solid color leotard, black shorts or leggings and bare feet, or athletic sneakers. Tap shoes required for Tap, Tumble & Dance. 
 

Intro to Ballet, Beginner & Intermediate Ballet Classes 


Please be sure to review our 2016-17 dress code policy.

  • ​Dancewear and shoes are available for order in the studio. Orders arrive in 3-5 business days.
  • A neat and tidy appearance is required. This sets an attitude of attentiveness and respect for students, teacher, and the art of dance.
  • No loose fitting pants, blue jeans, skirts, dresses or pajamas (they are not dance attire). Teachers must be able to see the dancer's body outline clearly in order to make proper corrections on posture, alignment, etc.
  • Hair must be properly secured and tied up off of the face and neck for all styles of dance.
  • Jewelry must not be loose or dangling.
  • Gum chewing is not allowed due to danger of choking and appearance.
  • No costumes are allowed in class unless a dress up day is announced. 

Black leotard, Ballet pink tights, and pink, split-sole Ballet shoes. Optional black wrap skirt and sweater. 

Creative Movement for 3's and 4's Classes 


Hip Hop & Fitness. Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced Hip Hop & Conditioning Classes


Tumble & Dance for 3's and 4's, & Tap Classes 

Any Monarch t-shirt (available in studio for purchase), black athletic pants with solid black dance sneakers or hard sole athletic sneakers. 

Pink skirted leotard or pink leotard, Ballet pink tights, and pink Ballet shoes. Please no skirts or tutus.*

Black leotard, tan tights, with optional black Jazz pants or shorts and tan Jazz shoes.
